PROCON International serves as prime contractor to the Maryland Air National Guard for design-build replacement of the entry control point at Martin State Airport, Middle River, Maryland. The entry control point is the installation’s mission-critical defense against unauthorized vehicle access, and the existing gates and barriers had reached the end of their service life. PROCON carried both design and construction, delivering crash-rated vehicular gates, anti-vehicle bollards and perimeter fencing meeting current Unified Facilities Criteria for antiterrorism and force protection, with access maintained throughout.
